The learning process at IIMT includes academic sessions in various domains; Integrated learning which weaves various disciplines to develop a holistic perspective; experiential sessions and practices to develop personal mastery and action learning, including both live projects and leadership practice through student quality circles.
Simulation of business environment through management games, use of psychometric instruments, role-plays, case studies, films, group discussions make learning purposeful and effective.
We believe in the importance of classroom learning, but also emphasize on activities beyond the conventional classroom. We believe that Value Education should form an integral part of entire education system and Management studies cannot be exception for it. We know that life in coming decades is likely to bring new tensions together with unprecedented opportunities.
