IDEA Institute of Management and Technology (IIMT) is an integral part of IDEA Foundation, a ‘Not For Profit Organization’, established in year 2003, under Section 25 of the Companies Act 1956 with a view to promote quality education in Gujarat, India. IIMT is fast growing, technology driven organization which has implemented advanced management solutions for managing its diverse operations and uses state-of the-art latest technologies like Voice over IP (VoIP) and VSAT to enhance quality of education. IIMT is an ISO9001:2008 certified Institute.

Experienced faculties, who are familiar with corporate realities and utilisation of management skills at its best, lead the academic activities. We also invite experts and achievers from the corporate world to share their experiences with “The Managers under Training” (as we address our PGPM/MBA students). Successful application of the most up-to-date management knowledge can only take place, once a manager understands the “Undefined rules of the Game”.

Using case studies as a basis along with simulation games and role plays, the faculties at IIMT, describe what actually works and what not. By this way the future managers learn how to implement the various concepts of Management effectively and practically.
