   1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
         MBA – Marketing preferable, 2-3 yrs. experience in similar industry is must.

    2. COUNSELOR:
         Must be graduate, good command over English language, Minimum 1 yr. experience in same          field required.

    3. TELE CALLER:
        Should have good communication skill and soft spoken.

    4. WEB/SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS:
        Proficiency in php, MySql and Javascript. Minimum 1 yr. of professional programming         experience required on these technologies.

    5. DESIGNER:
        Proficiency in Web Design, Photoshop and PSD to HTML conversation. Minimum 1 yr.         professional designing experience required.
