Objective
The goal of the Academic Council is to sort and select students with intellectual capability, eagerness to learn and possess enhanced personal characteristics that best equip them for successful careers in business management.

Application Form
The drive for admission opens in February and August month every year. In turn, Application Forms are normally available in January and July month every year respectively.

The aspired candidates are required to fill in the IDEA Foundation's Application Form. To obtain the application form and prospectus, applicants should send a request along with a demand draft of Rs.500/- (including entrance fees) favoring IDEA Foundation, payable at Ahmedabad to:

Completed application forms must be returned by its due date. Candidates are required to ensure attachment of draft and documents along with the completed application form.

Selection Process
The selection process of students into the PGPM program is based on the entrance test comprising of written test followed by a group discussion and personal interview. The date of entrance is normally declared in the last week of July. Candidates short-listed on the basis of their performance in the Written Test will be called for a group discussion and personal interview.

The final selection to the program would be equally based on the candidate’s academic achievements, work experience, performance in the written test, group discussion and personal interview.

The candidates having appropriate MAT and CAT scores in preceding examination are exempted from written test. They can directly appear for group discussion followed by personal interview.

NOTE: Original certificates should be produced for verification at the time of personal interview. The original certificates will be returned to the candidates after verification.

Results and Commencement of Program
The list of successful students clearing written test, group discussion and personal interview is declared within next seven business working days from the date of written test. All the short listed candidates are required to contact the administration department and pay their fees by the declared date of payment.

The commencement date of the program is announced with the date of payment at the time of short-list.

Fee Structure
All selected aspirants, who have been granted admission into the program, are required to pay admission fees along with all other fees as per the schedule given to them. The Fee Structure is subject to changed and may be revised from time to time as decided by the authority. The admission fees are non-refundable.

Caution Fees
All the students undergoing the program are required to pay a Caution Deposit of Rs. 5,000/- along with the first installment of tuition fees. This deposit is being charged towards use of library books, IT infrastructure and other resources available. This Caution Deposit will be refunded on completion of the program without interest (and after adjusting any dues, if any).

Hostel Facility
The Foundation has hostel facilities/tie-ups for boys and girls separately. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The hostel residents are expected to adhere to a set of hostel rules and regulations. The students are required to contact the Administrative Officer to avail the hostel facility.

Scholarships / Financial Assistance
The Foundation is always trying to help needy students who wants to pursue their career in management. The Foundation can manage to avail financial assistance to needy students. The seeking students are required to meet the Director of IDEA Foundation, Mr. Ashesh Patel personally with necessary documents with prior appointment.

Amendment in Rules
The IDEA Foundation reserves all the rights to amend the rules and regulations being in practice at the premises from time to time as deemed appropriate.

Jurisdiction
All disputes related to the IDEA Foundation or its initiatives or its associated activities are strictly subjected to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction (Gujarat, India).
